Air-shower cabins Sothis SX-ASS, AS-0800-S-QP-1, etc.
Air-shower cabins are protected passageways through which a large number of personnel pass into controlled areas. Air showers and tunnels supply a concentrated sterile CLASS 100 air stream to remove contaminants when a person stands or passes through a specially constructed air chamber. Pressurized air flows from the injectors at speeds from 6,000 to 10,000 feet per minute. This provides the effective cleansing action needed to remove solid particles. Polluted air is directed down through the grilles and hollow walls of the air shower to the filter.
